Health Information
DIRECTOR - HEALTH INFORMATION
Requirements: Bachelors degree required with RHIT/RHIA certification. 4-5 years experience in health information management. Knowledge and training in HIPAA privacy regulations and assures that the HIM Department meets all accreditation and licensing standards as required by Federal, State and Regulatory agencies. Must have coding and transcription experience and possess knowledge of upcoming ICD-10 requirements with experience in physician credentialing and compliance. Is a professional that can maintain departmental budgets and direct all staff in obtaining, maintaining and releasing patient’s records, through implementation of policies and procedures. Manages coding process to ensure timely and accurate coding for patient billing.
Positions Available: (1) Full Time
Hours: Monday through Friday
Nursing
RN - MEDICAL/SURGICAL UNIT
Requirements: Current license State of Illinois. ACLS and BLS certifications or within 6 months of hire. One (1) year previous hospital experience preferred, not required. Must have basic computer skills, great customer service skills and work together as a team.
Positions Available: (1) Full time
Hours: 7:00 pm to 7:00 am with E/O/W
Respiratory Department
RRT/CRT RESPIRATORY
Requirements: RCP certification required. ACLS and PALS preferred. Associates degree required, bachelors preferred. Must possess great customer service skills, communication skills and work as a member of a team. Must be available to take call and go on transfers when needed.
Positions Available: (1) Full Time
Hours: 7:00 am to 3:30 pm with every other weekend
Environmental Services
HOUSEKEEPING - SHIFT SUPERVISOR
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent. Preferred: At least one year experience working in a hospital environment. Previous housekeeping and supervisor experience but will train if needed. Must possess great customer service skills, exceptional organizational skills and communication skills.
